On the 8th of December 2002 Japan joined the International Sports Cynological Movement. President of the Organization for the Promotion of Dog Education and Socialization of Japan (OPDES) Mr.Hidehiro Murase and Vice President of the OPDES Mr. Hisato Tanabe signed the Declaration of the International Sports Cynological Movement.
