MOSCOW FEDERATION OF CYNOLOGICAL SPORTS IS ACCREDITED BY MOSCOMSPORT
 
Moscow Federation of Cynological Sports (MFCS) was accredited on the 7th of February 2003 by the Committee for Physical Culture and Sport of Government of Moscow (Moscomsport). MFCS solves tasks of development of cynological sports on the territory of Moscow. On the meeting of leadership of Moscomsport, which has taken place on the 31st of March 2003, The Moscomsport First Chairman Dmitry Kotyrev has handed the certificate of state accreditation to the MFCS President Yuri Ostashenko and the MFCS First Vice President Varvara Bolshakova.
 
Accreditation of the MFCS by the Moscomsport means that MFCS is officially recognized by Government of Moscow and has state powers for development of cynological sports on the territory of Moscow. The powers means that MFCS is acting for and on behalf of the Moscomsport in interests of sports branch of Moscow and realizing state policy in this kind of sport.
